Fox River Valley DAR march in Hampshire parade
The Fox River Valley Chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution showed its support in the 2019 Hampshire Coon Creek Country Days Parade held on Sunday, Aug. 4.
During the first week of August, the village of Hampshire puts on its red, white and blue and celebrates pride and patriotism.
The DAR is a women's service organization dedicated to historic preservation, patriotism and education. The chapter meets in the Huntley and Algonquin area.
