Tree of Life UU Second Sunday Collection benefits CASA of McHenry County

On Sunday, May 12, Holly Glover of CASA of McHenry County accepted a donation after worship at the Tree of Life Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 5603 Bull Valley Road in McHenry.

In May, the congregation ended up with $574 for the monthly Second Sunday Collection.

The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of McHenry County gives abused and neglected children in the community who are placed into temporary foster care a voice and advocate in court so they can grow up in safe, permanent homes where they can thrive. CASA volunteers make a lifelong difference for children, one child at a time.
