Two firms merge with Financial Design Studio

DEER PARK - Financial Design Studio, Inc, a financial planning and investment management firm, announced that it has merged with Presence Financial, Inc and Honey Lake Advisors, LLC in a three-way merger.

The transaction closed on Aug. 1. Financial terms were not announced.

As part of the transaction, Trevore Meyer, president of Presence Financial, and Robert Stoll, president of Honey Lake Advisors, have agreed to join Financial Design Studio, joining Steve and Michelle Smalenberger.

"We are excited to be joining forces with Presence Financial and Honey Lake Advisors to expand our capacity to deliver best-in-class financial planning and investment management for clients," said Michelle Smalenberger, Chief Executive Officer of the combined firm. "We share similar core values and believe that this transaction helps us leverage the strengths of the respective firms."

Financial Design Studio has been serving clients since 2016, helping families succeed with their financial resources so they have confidence that they are on-track to achieve their life goals.
