Grayslake Central 64, Cary-Grove 51: The Trojans (3-5) carried a 31-31 tie into halftime, but Graylake Central proved to be too much in this Fox Valley Conference crossover game.

Chad McCarron paced the Trojans with 15 points while Nick Richter and Ryan Barker also recorded double-digits with 10 points apiece.

Chicagoland Jewish 54, Elgin Academy 45: The Hilltoppers (3-6) came up just short as they fell to Chicagoland Jewish at home in a nonconference game. Aaron Thomas recorded double-digits with 16 points to lead the Hilltoppers while Connor Flexman and Paul Leonardis added 13 and 11 points, respectively.

Huntley 57, Marengo 36: The Red Raiders (6-1) cruised to an easy victory at Marengo in nonconference play. Tyler Brunschon and Justin Frederick paced Huntley with 16 and 14 points, respectively. Troy Miller chipped in 11 points.
