Hampshire 70, Larkin 34: Hampshire won for the second time in the Oswego tournament and moved to 11-0 on the season behind 16 points from Jessie Van Dorin and 10 from Jennifer Dumoulin. Kendall Walker and Alex Dumoulin added 8 points each for the Whip-Purs, who face Minooka Thursday in the final round of pool play. Maggie Hoffman had 13 points to lead Larkin (2-9).
St. Edward 43, Nazareth 33: The Green Wave picked up a nonconference win on the road as Enza Ranallo scored 16 points and Callie Johnson added 10. Maddie Kerr pitched in 8 points for St. Edward (7-2).
Huntley 65, Jacobs 28: Carly Goede had a career-high 20 points and Meagan Flynn added 10 as Huntley (6-3, 2-0) rolled to a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division win. Kadie Lowery added 6 assists and 5 steals for the Red Raiders. Melanie Schwerdtmann had 13 points to lead Jacobs (0-10, 0-2).
Cary-Grove 64, CL South 38: Claire Jakubicek had 22 points and Meg Straumann 11 as Cary-Grove (11-1, 2-0) cruised past CL South in the FVC Valley. Olivia Jakubicek added 10 points for the Trojans, while Brittany Pittas had 13 points and Shannon McGinnis 8 to lead the Gators (0-10, 0-2).
McHenry 57, Dundee-Crown 36: Diamond Williams had 12 points and Karlin Faulkner 11 to lead the Chargers (3-8, 0-2) in an FVC Valley loss.
Richmond-Burton 57, Burlington Central 49: Brenda Thasavong had 16 points and Alli Settani added 15 but BC (6-5, 1-1) couldn't overcome turnovers in this Big Northern East loss. Jessica Laird added 10 points for Central.
Westminster Christian 51, Elgin Academy 29: Whitney Vanden Bos scored 12 points, while Hannah Graves and Claire Speweik (11 rebounds) added 8 each to lead the Warriors (4-3) to a nonconference win. Katie Moeller had 12 rebounds for Westminster. Ashley Barnes and Caitlin Ward led Elgin Academy (0-5) with 12 points each.
