Aimee Wronski and Rachel Chapius scored 2 goals each Tuesday as the Huntley girls soccer team rolled to a 6-0 win over Grayslake North in a Fox Valley Conference crossover match at Huntley.
Emily Konior and Ashley Amieri scored the other goals for the Red Raiders (2-0), while Bre Burry, Taylor Henning-Fletter, Alysee Williams, Kelly Creager and Julie Brownell each contributed assists.
Sarah Hoffman and Kaytlyn Owens split time in goal for Huntley but were not called on to make a single save.
Prairie Ridge 1, Jacobs 0: Rachel Didier scored off a deflection 7 minutes into the first overtime period as the Wolves knocked off Jacobs in an FVC crossover. Kyli Humm had 11 saves for PR and Alex Williams stopped 2 shots for the Golden Eagles (1-2).
Cary-Grove 2, CL Central 1: Ashley Gustafson scored off a Liz Bart assist and Korey Kronforst knocked home an unassisted goal as the Trojans (2-1) prevailed in this FVC crossover. Paige Woolbridge had 1 save in goal for Cary-Grove.
CL South 7, Johnsburg 0: Ashley Ross registered a hat trick as the Gators (2-1) rolled to an FVC crossover win against Johnsburg. Kali Loesher, Christina Szocka, Karley Mecko and Mackenzie Taldon each scored goals for CLS with Allison Agnes, Loesher, Mecko, Natalie Blazier, Ellen Brunner and Katie Burton all contributing assists. Elizabeth Quinn and Beth McGinn split the net duties for the Gators and each had 1 save.
Lake Park 5, Streamwood 0: Sharice Ellenwood had 14 saves for the Sabres (0-3, 0-1) in this Upstate Eight Conference loss.
Rolling Meadows 1, Bartlett 0: Erin Zaideman made 5 saves in goal but the Hawks couldn't find the back of the net in this loss at the South Elgin Invitational.
South Elgin 7, Elgin 0: Molly Tierney had a hat trick and Gina Simon added 2 goals as the Storm (1-2) rolled to an easy win at its own invitational. Natalie Castro and Alyssa Gemein each added goals for South Elgin. Emily Young defended the goal for the Storm but wasn't called on to make a save.
West Chicago 6, Hampshire 0: Haylee Moscato made 10 saves in the net for Hampshire but the Whip-Purs (0-2) continued to struggle offensively as they lost in the South Elgin Invitational.
Dundee-Crown 1, Grayslake Central 0: The Chargers (1-1) got shootout goals from Claire Mazurkiewicz, Carolyn Schneider and Stephanie Leteheby (winning goal) to edge Grayslake Central in an FVC crossover.
Rockford Christian 4, Elgin Academy 1: Lauren Steimle scored off an Elaina Skiourif assist but that was all the offense Elgin Academy could muster in losing for the first time this season. Bianca Swegler recorded 11 saves in goal for the Hilltoppers (3-1).
