Crystal Lake South 3, Dundee-Crown 2 (OT):Tony Meza put Dundee-Crown#146;s boys soccer team ahead of Crystal Lake South when he scored 2 first-half goals Tuesday but it wasn#146;s enough as the Gators stormed back in the second half and then won the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division game 3-2 in overtime.Roberto Albuquerque notched the first goal for the Gators (11-6, 3-0) while Charlie Oliver added his team-leading 25th goal of the season to tie the game with under 6 minutes to play. In overtime, Jack Carlson served up a corner kick in the box which Albuquerque promptly headed home for his second goal of the match and the game-winner.Gators#146; goalie Steve Follmer recorded 3 shots on goal while Christian Contreras turned away 5 shots on goal for the Chargers (6-5, 0-2).Streamwood 2, Elgin 0: The Sabres (5-11-1, 1-3) battled tough to earn their first Upstate Eight River victory of the season over the Maroons (7-5-6, 2-1-1). Alejandro Avalos recorded a goal for the Sabres off of a feed from Luis Rodrgiuez while Nestor Ascencio scored the other goal. Jose Resendiz recorded 4 saves in goal to preserve the shutout while Tony Benitez turned away 9 shots on goal for the Maroons.

Cary-Grove 8, Prairie-Ridge 0: Kevin Wilde (3 goals, 2 assists) and Mike McKune (2 goals, 3 assists) led the way for the Trojans (11-2, 2-0) as they cruised to an easy FVC Valley victory. Drew Conners, Eric Angeles, and Brian O#146;Connor also recorded goals while Zack Solarte and Mike Loke added 1 assist each. Tom Breen was not tested in goal for the Trojans.
