The AquaSprites Synchro Team, of Lattof YMCA, will hold its annual flower sale, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in the Lattof Y parking lot, 300 E. Northwest Hwy. in Des Plaines. The funds will help support the team’s travel to Seattle, Wash., in June for the USA Synchro Age Group Championship.
The AquaSprites will compete in Regional competition, May 21-22, in Indianapolis, Ind., advancing from the Association Championship.
The AquaSprites Summer Team is open to new members. The nine week session ends in mid-August with the annual Water Show. Ages 8 to 19 must be able to swim a length of front and back crawl. Masters team is for ages 20 and over. No previous synchro experience necessary
