Doody scores 24 in Neuqua Valley win

Megan Doody poured in 24 points — hitting five 3-pointers — as the 17th-ranked Wildcats rolled in an Upstate Eight Conference crossover game in Naperville.
Malia Smith added 11 points and Najee Smith 9 for Neuqua (18-5), who took control by outscoring the Saints 26-11 in the second quarter.
Montini 68, Chicago Christian 19:
Whitney Holloway scored 15 points and Nikia Edom 10, as the top-ranked Broncos (27-1, 10-0 Suburban Christian Blue) cruised in their final home game.
Benet 55, Hinsdale Central 29:
Madeline Eilers hit four of Benet’s six 3-pointers, and scored 12 points as the No. 7 Redwings romped in Lisle. Danielle Canulli and Sidney Prasse each added 7 points for Benet (19-6). Mary Byrne scored 8 points for Hinsdale Central (3-24).
York 75, Oak Park 67:
Mary Colon powered in 23 points with 12 rebounds, and the visiting Dukes (16-11, 8-3 West Suburban Silver) pulled into a tie with Oak Park (16-12, 8-3) atop the Silver. Anna Bell Lansdowne added 21 points for York, who wraps up conference play at Glenbard West Friday. Glenbard West is currently 7-3 in Silver play, with games remaining against Downers Grove North and York.
Waubonsie Valley 51, Lake Park 42:
Tami Morice scored 20 points and Becky Williford 11 for the sixth-ranked Warriors (19-4, 7-3 Upstate Eight Valley) in Roselle. Alexis Hahn had a game-high 25 for Lake Park (11-13, 4-6).
West Aurora 58, Glenbard East 52:
Royalle Brown had 11 points and 14 rebounds and Liz Skaggs 11 points and 10 boards for the Blackhawks (6-17, 3-9 DuPage Valley Conference), who built a 43-24 lead after three quarters in Aurora. For Glenbard East (4-19, 1-11) Michaela Stranski scored 15 points and Lauren Pusinelli 12.
