“Sound Opinions” pair to debate at Harper College

Music critics Greg Kot and Jim DeRogatis, co-hosts of “Sound Opinions” on NPR, will be at Harper College at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, to debate whether the Beatles or Rolling Stones was the better groundbreaking British band.

The event takes place on the Palatine campus’ Building J Theatre, Room J143, Algonquin and Roselle roads. The appearance is part of a continuing education class, The Beatles or The Stones: The Great Debate.
