Pizza benefit:The Geneva Academic Foundation is having a fundraiser today at California Pizza Kitchen at the Geneva Commons shopping center on Randall Road. Bring in an event flier and the restaurant will donate a percentage of your bill to GAF. The sessions include an overview of the college's programs and services, a tour and an opportunity to talk with the recruitment staff. For show hours, visit yellowhouseartists.com.School files available:The temporary files for all students in the Geneva High School Class of 2004 will be destroyed the week of Sept. 13. Temporary records are maintained for five years following graduation, transfer or permanent withdrawal from a school district at which point they may be destroyed. Under state law, a student's record belongs to the student at age 18. Students who wish to pick up their file must do so in person and present a photo ID, or provide a parent with written permission and a photocopy of an ID.
