Huntley 55, McHenry 36: Amanze Egekeze scored 17 points to lead Huntley past McHenry in Fox Valley Conference Valley Division play. Troy Miller added 8 points for the Red Raiders (12-1, 1-0).

Cary-Grove 43, Prairie Ridge 40: Zach Taylor had 13 points as Cary-Grove notched an FVC Valley win. Luke Bianchi added 11 points and Eric Graham had 8 for the Trojans (4-11, 1-0).

St. Edward 59, Chicago Christian 48: Eddie O’Halloran had a game-high 20 points to lead the Green Wave to a Suburban Christian Gold win. Antonio Domel added 14 points for St. Edward (6-10, 1-3).

South Elgin 56, East Aurora 30: Eric Stazy had 13 points and Darius Wells added 12 to lead South Elgin (8-8, 1-4) in the Upstate Eight Valley.

Neuqua Valley 60, Streamwood 52: Brandon Larkin-Guilfoyle scored 23 points for Streamwood but the Sabres fell short in this Upstate Eight crossover. Julius Evans had 16 points and Vince Williams added 9 for Streamwood (3-12).
