Volker Saul exhibit at COD gallery to Oct. 8

An exhibition of works by Volker Saul is on display through Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Gahlberg Gallery, located in the lobby of the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

Saul's location-based works, such as murals, are developed as three-dimensional installations in which drawing becomes sculpture in space.

Their abstract language prompts viewers to make multifaceted, concrete associations.

The gallery is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays, 6 to

8 p.m. Saturdays and during all Mainstage performances.

The gallery also is open by appointment.
