Rockford Lutheran 58, Elgin 23: The Maroons (1-16) fell behind early and could not recover as they were defeated by Rockford Lutheran in this nonconference game on the road. Brandi Hernandez led the Maroons with a team-high 11 points.

Lake Forest Academy 52, Elgin Academy 38: The Hilltoppers (4-6) fell behind by only 2 points heading into halftime, but Lake Forest Academy proved to be too much in the second half as they downed Elgin Academy at home. Ashley Barnes led the Hilltoppers and was the only Elgin Academy player to reach double-figures with 13 points.

East Aurora 57, Streamwood 38: The Sabres (6-11, 1-4) were unable to overcome the Tomcats in the second quarter as East Aurora outscored Streamwood 27-9 in the Upstate Eight Conference. Emma Schmidt led the Sabres with a team-high 12 points.

Prairie Ridge 67, Larkin 20: The Royals (1-14) continued to struggle as they fell to Prairie Ridge on the road. Abigail Alvarez led the Royals with 6 points.
