Stateline SHRM to offer 'How to Get Culturific!' April 13
On Thursday, April 13, Stateline Society for Human Resource Management will host a breakfast program titled "HR Communications: How to Get Culturific!" presented by Tim Padgett, CEO of Pepper Group, a marketing and PR strategy firm.
The program will be 7:45 to 9:45 a.m. at the McHenry County College Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in

This program will discuss the power of engaged employees and how using evolving communication practices promotes more trust, empathy, and collaboration in organizations.
Using marketing as a backdrop, the program will cover how companies can facilitate and enable better communication to aid in recruiting and retention. Padgett also will discuss how to motivate all employees - across all generations.
