Learn how to get plaque for your historic house

Ever wonder how you could get a plaque for your historic house?

To learn the ins and outs of plaquing your home, there will be a session from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, at the Woodstock Public Library meeting room, 414 W. Judd St.

Learn the requirements for plaquing and how to fill out an application. This event is free.

It will be hands-on with visuals and materials and various stations will be manned by members of the McHenry County Historical Society Historic Sites Committee ready to help you. Light refreshments will be available.
