Tom Dreesen's one-man show 'The Man Who Made Sinatra Laugh' comes to The MAC Sept. 10
On Saturday, Sept. 10, Tom Dreesen will perform his one-man show, "The Man Who Made Sinatra Laugh" for one night only at the 800-seat Belushi Performance Hall.
"We are excited to bring Tom's show to Chicagoland," said representative Tim Seeden. "His record-breaking appearances on television including 'Late Night with David Letterman,' 'The Tonight Show' and opening act for Frank Sinatra for 14 years around the globe, have made him one of the best known comedians of our time."
Dreesen has appeared in over 500 television programs and appeared countless times in Las Vegas, Tahoe, Reno and Atlantic City with artists Smokey Robinson, Liza Minnelli, Natalie Cole and Sammy Davis Jr. He has acted in numerous television shows - from "Columbo" to "Murder She Wrote" - and appeared in motion pictures including "Man on the Moon" and "Spaceballs." He has recorded comedy albums, starred in his own TV comedy special, "Dreesen Street," and hosted a late-night talk show in "Chicago, Night Time Starring Tom Dreesen."
The event will be held at 7 p.m. at the Belushi Performance Hall in the McAninch Arts Center, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn. Doors open at 6 p.m.
