Huntley (12-1-1, 2-0) senior captain Lauren Opolony registered the game-winning goal in the 81st minute of overtime, on an assist from Bre Burry, to lead the Red Raiders past Prairie Ridge 2-1 Thursday in Fox Valley Conference Valley Division girls soccer action. Aimee Wronski got Huntley on the board in the 46th minute of the second half on a Kaylee O'Brien assist. Sara Hoffman registered 4 saves in goal for Huntley (12-1-1, 2-0).
Elgin Academy 1, Willows Academy 1: Elgin Academy (6-2-2, 1-1-1) pulled out a 1-1 tie against Willows Academy in this Independent School League matchup. Lauren Steimle scored an unassisted goal for the Hilltoppers in the second half. Bianca Swegler came up big in goal registering 19 saves on the day.

Bartlett 5, Larkin 0: Bartlett (10-3, 3-2) sophomore Trish Donlon proved to be too much for Larkin (4-8-2, 0-2-1) in this Upstate Eight Conference matchup. Donlon recorded a hat trick as the Hawks rolled to the win. Natalie Grodzki had 2 saves for Bartlett and Anna Goodlove 15 saves for the Royals.
South Elgin 6, East Aurora 1: South Elgin (6-4-2-, 2-3-1) started off strong and never looked back in this Upstate Eight victory over East Aurora. Kelsey Fitzpatrick and Rachel Musnicki led the offense for the Storm with 2 goals apiece while Lauren Vedrine added 2 assists and 1 goal. Ashley Naccarheo added another goal as Taylor Schultz and Christina Lopienski each added an assist. Emily Young was solid in goal making 2 saves for the Storm.
St. Edward 7, Driscoll 0: Jessica Stasinski and Jordyn Madden scored 2 goals each as St. Edward (4-6-2, 2-1) rolled to a Suburban Catholic Conference win.
