Gardening series to start this weekend

The Growing Scene Inc. is hosting a Saturday Seminar Series this spring. A guest speaker will be presenting an educational gardening seminar each Saturday at 1 p.m. Each seminar is designed to provide insight into current gardening trends.

"Mulch: Everything You Need To Know Before You Mulch" is the title of the seminar on Saturday, April 25. Crystal with Aspen Valley Landscape Supply will be discussing the benefits of mulching your flowers, shrubs and trees. She also will take us through the manufacturing process of mulch and describe the characteristics of the most popular types of mulch.
