Advocate Sherman Hospital Hosts National Car Seat Sept. 29

For National Car Seat Saturday, Advocate Sherman Hospital has partnered with Advocate Children's Hospital to offer free car seat checks for families at their hospital campus located at 1425 North Randall Road, Elgin. It will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, outside of their Cancer Care Center. No appointment is necessary.

Advocate Sherman and Advocate Children's Hospital are dedicated to the safety of all children entering and leaving our hospitals in safe and properly installed car seats. For that reason, Advocate Sherman Hospital has certified car seat technicians available to evaluate and instruct on proper car seat installation.

Sherman and Children's also every week offer car seat checks on Wednesday 10am - Noon on Sherman's campus. For these weekly checks, families can schedule an appointment to have their car seat checked by our certified technicians, have their questions answered, and receive more information on the right type of seat for their child.
