Mark your calendars on Friday, May 11, and Saturday, May 12, for Clearbrook's annual Jelly Belly Days event. More than 700 volunteers will come together to collect donations at intersections and store fronts from Downers Grove to Libertyville and at 70 locations in between.

Jelly Belly Days is one of Clearbrook's largest fundraisers every year. This event benefits the 8,000 children and adults with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and other intellectual/developmental disabilities served by Clearbrook.

Clearbrook is fortunate to have many loyal supporters who continue to volunteer for Jelly Belly Days year after year. Whether this is an annual tradition or your first time volunteering, know that the gift of your time makes an immediate, positive impact in the lives of children and adults with disabilities.

The more volunteers who participate, the more revenue is generated for our programs and services. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up with family, friends, companies, schools and are asked to serve a two-hour shift at the location of their choice between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

If unable to tag, volunteers may collect donations at their place of work, post flyers about the event at their place of work, or make a donation to Jelly Belly Days.

For information and to pick your shift online, visit www.clearbrook.org/jellybellydays, or contact Hillary Mittelman at hmittelman@clearbrook.org or (847) 385-5009.
