Pineapple, Red Cabbage and Banana Smoothie
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 frozen ripe bananas
Pour the pineapple juice into a high-powered blender. Add the cabbage. Slice the bananas, add them to the blender, and blend until smooth.
Serves four.
