Guacamole

4 avocados, peeled and diced

6 tablespoons diced onions

4 Serrano peppers, diced

5 stems cilantro, leaves chopped fine

2 limes, juiced

1½ teaspoons olive oil

½ teaspoon oregano

Salt to taste

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mashing the avocado to the desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Serves eight to 10.
