Chiro One Wellness Center of Wheaton hosts 'Life Saver Day' March 20th
In an effort to bring better health to the community, Chiro One Wellness Centers is reaching out to community members with free spinal health screenings during "Life Saver Patient Appreciation Day" Tuesday, March 20th from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at their Wheaton location at 811 Butterfield Rd.
During Life Saver Day, Chiro One of Wheaton is offering complimentary wellness evaluations* to community members including a Chiropractic Doctor's Consultation, Focused Exam (CPT:99201), Digital Orthotic Foot Scan, 2 Spinal X-Rays in area of complaint (if medically necessary), and Complimentary Insurance Verification (a total value of $395).
Area residents are invited to stop by for a tour of the facility and for free spinal health assessments. Dr. Melanie Cannady, D.C. will be on hand to answer questions, to discuss how toxins in the body lead to illness and disease, and to offer free spinal health exams.
