Westminster Christian 54, Elgin Academy 21: Liz Meschewski and Libbie Atchinson both chipped in 9 points a piece to help Westminster Christian (14-6) cruise past Elgin Academy. Claire Speweik also grabbed 10 rebounds for the Warriors.

Hoffman Estates 52, Huntley 30: The Red Raiders (11-8) found themselves in an early 15-point hole and never recoverd as they dropped a nonconference game to Hoffman Estates. Sophomore Samantha Andrews scored 12 points in the loss.

St. Charles North 48, Streamwood 40: In Upstate Eight River action, Streamwood (9-11, 5-4) received 14-point efforts from Deja Moore and Hannah McGlone, but the Sabres couldn’t overcome the North Stars. St. Charles North countered with four players in double figures.

St. Charles East 38, Elgin 29: Briana Hamilton led the Maroons (1-19, 1-6) with 19 points, but it wasn’t enough as they fell in Upstate Eight River action on the road.

Mundelein 57, Crystal Lake South 42: Lauren Del Vecchio led the Gators (8-13) with a team-high 11 points, but it was not enough as they dropped this nonconference contest on the road.
