Culinary program hosts spring dinners, luncheons
The College of DuPage Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality Administration programs will host a series of luncheons and dinners this spring in the COD Escoffier Dining Room. The spring 2011 luncheons/dinners are available from late January through early May.
“These are some of the most highly sought after dining pleasures in the western suburbs,” said Culinary and Hospitality Professor and Coordinator Chris Thielman. “Each event highlights the students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients, as well as attentive service and attention to detail.”
