Westminster Christian 67, Elgin Academy 32: Brandon Cork led four Westminster players in double figures with 15 points as the Warriors won their season opener in their own tournament. Luke Carani and Ian Dutcher had 12 points each for Westminster and Andrew Mason added 11. Aaron Thomas had 11 points to lead Elgin Academy.

Belvidere 53, Cary-Grove 44: Nick Richter scored 13 points and Jon Guay added 10 as Cary-Grove fell in the Hoops for Healing Tournament at Woodstock North.

Wheaton Academy 63, Streamwood 52: D.J. Mustari and Bobby Post had 13 points each to lead Streamwood in the Sabres' loss to Wheaton Academy at the Wheaton Academy tournament.
