Tony Paredes scored off an assist from Brett Dini and Tommy Russo scored unassisted as Bartlett came away with a 2-1 boys soccer win over Elgin Tuesday.

Tamo Estrada scored Elgin's goal. Tony Benitez had 4 saves in goal for the Maroons (1-11-1) and Alex Busch 3 saves for Bartlett (11-5).

CL South 5, Woodstock 0: Charlie Oliver scored 3 more goals and Sam Murdock found the back of the net twice as Crystal Lake South (13-1-1, 7-0) rolled to a weather-shortened Fox Valley Conference win. David Walsh earned his 12th shutout of the year for the Gators.

Jacobs 7, Johnsburg 2: Seven different players notched goals for Jacobs (9-3, 5-1) in this Fox Valley Conference win. Taylor Pignataro, Mario Rako, Anthony Moscatello, John Kowalski, Matt Ehrhardt, Bradley Cleveland and Neal Comfort all scored for the Golden Eagles and A.J. Pfatschbacher had 3 saves in goal.

Wheaton Academy 8, St. Edward 0: Nathan Ptak and Ben Galvan combined for 17 saves in the net but St. Edward (1-14, 0-6) fell in the Suburban Christian Conference.

U-High 7, Elgin Academy 0: Tom Tunca had 7 saves for Elgin Academy (3-5) in this Independent School League loss.

Men's soccerJudson 2, Ashford 0: No. 17 Judson got goals from Mike Tobie and Danny Hinterlong in its nonconference win over No. 25 Ashford. Alex Tyton notched his 17th career shutout for Judson (7-0).
