Cary-Grove 65, Woodstock 50: The Trojans (4-7) picked up their first victory at the Jacobs Holiday Tournament over Woodstock, taking a 36-24 lead into halftime. Chad McCarron poured in 20 points to pace the Trojans while Nick Richter and Ryan Barker also recorded double-digits with 13 and 10 points, respectively.

Elk Grove 45, Crystal Lake South 30: The Gators (4-6) could not get things going offensively as they fell to Elk Grove at the Jacobs Holiday Tournament. Ethan Breitenstein and Alex Macaulay paced the Gators with 8 points apiece.

Burlington Central 84, North Grand 44: The Rockets (4-6) connected on 11 3-pointers, including 7 from Zach Romando, to cruise to an easy victory over North Grand in the Chuck Dayton Tournament at DeKalb. Romando led the Rockets with a game-high 23 points. Sam Klein (17 points), Matt McCurdy (12 points), Jared Moxness (11 points), and Ray Hunnicutt (10 points) also turned in double-digit performances for the Rockets.

Chicago Bogan 49, Westminster Christian 36: The Warriors (6-5) started off strong, but could not maintain the momentum as they saw their 4-game winning streak come to an end, falling to Chicago Bogan in the E.C. Nichols Holiday Tournament Marengo. Ian Dutcher was the lone Warrior to score double-digits with 11 points.

Streamwood 45, Maine West 42: The Sabres (4-7) took a 3-point halftime deficit and turned it into a 3 point victory as they defeated Maine West at the Wheeling Hardwood Classic. Marcus Lewis and Derrick King both paced the Sabres' offense with 17 and 15 points, respectively.

DeKalb 58, Hampshire 50: Despite 25 points from Hampshire's Justin Bieber, the Whip-Purs (5-4) were unable to pull out a victory as they fell to host DeKalb at the Chuck Dayton Tournament. Shyler Ralphs chipped in 7 points.
