Evanston improved to 2-0, while Mundelein fell to 1-1.
Brust's previous high was 45 points against Libertyville last season.

Bill Khan led Grant in its season opener with 17 points, while Jerry Gaylor added 11.

Grayslake Central's Josh Rappaport, who got hurt in Monday's season opener, did not play.
Vernon Hills 66, Gordon Tech 47: At Northridge Prep, DaVaris Daniels scored 23 points, as the Cougars even their record at 1-1.
The junior scored 33 in Vernon Hills' season opener Monday.
