Tinman Triathlon: 7-11 a.m. Saturday, June 13, Deerspring Park, 200 Deerfield Road, Deerfield. The Deerfield Park District's annual Tinman Triathlon consists of a 300-meter swim followed by a six-mile bike course (helmet required) and a three-mile run. Sponsored by the Bicycle Club of Lake County Illinois. Ride along 12-, 30-, 50-,70- or 100-mile routes on rural roads in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. T-ball: Leagues begin Monday, June 15. The Waukegan Park District has summer t-ball leagues for ages 4-5 for $42 and age 6-7 for $62. The league runs for 8 weeks and is held at various parks through out the city. The 4-5 year old league meets once a week and the 6-7 year old league meets twice a week.
