Movers and shakers

Stephen Pleimling of Downers Grove, president of Community Bank of Western Springs, was named to the Senior Home Sharing Inc. board of directors. Pleimling is also the bank's reinvestment officer, overseeing a program that provides financial assistance to low and moderate income families.

Old Second National Bank named Geneva resident Steve Weber vice president, mortgage banking in Aurora; Greg Kuda of Hampshire, vice president, residential lending in Elgin; Bill Roach of St. Charles, vice president, residential lending at the west Batavia branch; and Jeri Mell of Maple Park, vice president, residential lending in Elburn.

The following associates were elected to membership in the national law firm Dykema: attorney David T. Cellitti, a member of the corporate finance practice group in the Chicago office; attorney Lisa V. Mueller of Buffalo Grove, a member of the intellectual property practice group in the Chicago office; and attorney Paul J. Richard, a member of the real estate practice group in the Joliet office.

Jason Abrahams of Palatine was promoted to account executive from assistant account executive at KemperLesnik, a Chicago-based public relations and events agency.

Rosemont-based Duke Realty Corp. promoted Scott Marshall to vice president of industrial leasing, responsible for expanding Duke's presence in the Chicago market.

Colleen Kelty of Elmhurst and Lori S. Tuffield of Glenview joined The PrivateBank-Chicago as managing directors in the bank's treasury management services group.

Arlington Heights resident Kenneth D. Simpson was appointed senior vice president at Sargent & Lundy LLC, Chicago. Simpson serves as a project director in the company's power delivery services group.

Rolling Meadows-based Proactive Worldwide Inc. hired Andrew Kucienski as director of operational excellence to manage the development and maintenance of company performance, business operations, quality assurance, training and information technology initiatives.

Glenn Dahl, senior coordinator of technical education at Bloomingdale-based BFS Retail & Commercial Operations LLC, was appointed to the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence board of governors.

Wheaton resident Jacqueline Cammack joined Senior Home Sharing Inc., Wheaton, as development associate responsible for donor outreach and planned fundraising events.

Family Home Health Services Inc., Addison, appointed Wood Dale resident Matthew Lowe controller. Lowe previously served as an accountant and health-care consultant with FR&R in Deerfield.

Rachel Shaw Callahan was appointed vice president, human resources, at Oak Brook-based Leaders Bank.

Pete Garlock, director of sales for the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, was named chairman of Sports Illinois, a committee of the Illinois Council of Convention and Visitors Bureaus.

Roselle resident Jim Fisher, Fisher Sales Corp., St. Charles, completed the first level of a three-year executive education program to earn the designation certified professional manufacturer's representative through the Manufacturers' Representatives Educational Research Foundation.
