Hart has more than 15 years of experience in health-care operations, business development and IT design. As a member of Rainbows strategic growth committee, Hart will work to increase recognition and appreciation of the impact of childhood loss and help the organization grow through strategic alliances and increased awareness.
Kenneth Wright III joined Amcore Bank as an assistant vice president and insurance adviser in the bank's Northbrook location. Wright, who joins Amcore from John Hancock Financial Network, identifies and sells insurance products to meet customer needs.

Dr. Charles Hemenway of Oak Park joined Loyola University Health System as a professor within the department of pediatrics, division of pediatric hematology/oncology, Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood. Hemenway previously served in the department of pediatrics at Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology, Children's Oncology Group and the Society for Pediatric Research.

Jewish Community Centers of Chicago named Martin Levine associate general director, the highest professional position in the agency. Levine, who will assume the general director role on Feb. 1, upon the retirement of Avrum Cohen, will become the organization's 10th director in its 104 years of service. He joined Jewish Community Centers of Chicago in 1976 as assistant executive director of the Bernard Horwich Jewish Community Center in West Rogers Park, and later moved up to his current position of assistant general director of the agency.
