One Bowl Banana Bread
One Bowl Banana Bread 3/4 cup sugar1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 ripe bananas) 1/2 cup oil2 eggs2 cups flour2 teaspoons vanilla1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, if desiredHeat oven to 325 degrees. Spray two loaf pans with cooking spray.Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour batter into pans and bake 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back when touched lightly with finger.
