Pralines and Cream

2 scoops vanilla ice cream1 1/4 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka 1/4 ounce walnut liqueur 1/4 ounce hazelnut liqueur 1/4 ounce amaretto1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts, for garnishCombine the ice cream, vodka, liqueurs and amaretto in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
