The McHenry County Jewish Congregation, 8617 Ridgefield Road in Crystal Lake, will host a Community Passover Second Night Seder from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31.

MCJC celebrates Passover with the Seder tradition, singing songs, and eating a delicious meal. Cost is $20, $10 per child (ages 4-12), or $60 maximum per family.

To RSVP, visit bit.ly/Pass_Seder by Monday, March 19. Please pay in advance, with checks made out to MCJC with the word "Seder" in the memo line. Credit card payments are accepted. Mail to MCJC at the above address. Note, an early RSVP allows for them to gauge how much food to purchase.

A community potluck Shabbat is offered at 6:30 p.m. Fridays and Rabbi Tom Samuels leads services at 9:30 a.m. Saturdays.

The McHenry County Jewish Congregation is located on Ridgefield Road in unincorporated Crystal Lake, accessible from Route 14. It is an independent community synagogue that serves Jews of all backgrounds. Interfaith families are welcome. They also offer a gift shop offering a range of Judaica items.
