Advocate Sherman Hospital to host Human Services Fair Thursday

Advocate Sherman Hospital invites the community to learn what resources are available to them, in a time of need, at their first Human Services Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at the hospital campus, 1425 N. Randall Road in Elgin.

This event, hosted by the hospital's care management department, is one of many learning opportunities Sherman offers throughout the year for the community to learn about available health and service resources.

Participating organizations will be Administer Justice, Community Crisis Center, DayOne PACT-Geneva, Greater Elgin Family Care Center, JourneyCare, Kane County Health Department, Renz Center, Senior Services Associates, Silver Connections, and Visiting Angels of South Elgin. Sherman's care management and financial counselor department also will be present.

This event is free and open to the public and will include a passport and free raffle for attendees.
