New High Energy Efficient Residential Rental building in Mundelein

Tres Development will offer for occupancy May 2015 65 new high efficiency rental residences. Tres Development opened Cardinal Square back in 2007 and now has added to the development 301 McKinley Avenue. Some of the high efficiency features would be Geo-Thermo heating and cooling system, LED lighting, Energy Star appliances and Low E with Argon Gas Windows. Interior design features consist of wood plank flooring, porcelain tile floors in baths, European style cabinet with quartz crystal kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. All units will have washer and dryers.

Building will have elevators and be non-smoking. Building will also offer security entry and is pet friendly.

Pre-leasing will start in mid February 2015 for May occupancy and will offer pre-leasing specials.
