  My first sighting of Halloween decorations was on August 27 in St. Charles. I was pretty excited about it because Halloween is one of favorite holidays. Not for haunted houses (not a fan of those) but for the creativity and humor people show in their costumes. This guy was peeking out an upstairs window of a storefront during the golden hour before sunset. The bricks glowed the perfect orange and the blue sky reflected in the window just really set off the whole image, along with the naturally added spider webs in the corner.
