Feb. 20: CLC presents 'Trails to Teaching' information session

Are you considering a career in teaching? Do you have questions about the best pathway leading toward this career?

If so, you're invited to attend an information session called “Trails to Teaching,” being held from 5:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 at the College of Lake County, Room C005 (C Wing Auditorium), 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake.

The session will include an overview of teacher preparation programs at CLC, guidelines for transfer, networking with CLC education faculty and other future teachers and a panel discussion with currently practicing teachers from PreK to secondary. In addition, representatives of Illinois four-year transfer colleges and universities will be there to answer questions.
