Citizens for Conservation will bring Douglas W. Tallamy, the author of "Bringing Nature Home: How Native Plants Sustain Wildlife in Our Gardens," to the Barrington Area Library at 9:30 a.m., Feb. 12.

Tallamy, who serves as chair of the Department of Entomology at the University of Delaware, will present a message about how suburban gardeners have the opportunity to protect biodiversity, and why a simple change in the way we look at our yards can make a crucial difference to wildlife.
