Eder, Casella & Co. names five new promotions

Eder, Casella & Co., a full-service CPA, business consulting, and technology services firm in McHenry, is pleased to recognize five exceptional staff members who are being promoted to new roles within the firm in 2023.

"We are honored to have a great team that lives out our core values daily through their dedicated service to our clients and each other. These individuals are all great examples of going above and beyond in many ways. They have truly earned their new positions, and we couldn't be prouder of the work they do. While they all excel at the technical aspect of what we do, it goes far beyond that. They genuinely care about our clients, forming relationships to help their clients reach their goals - a trusted advisor. Congratulations to each of you," said Shelly Casella-Dercole, managing partner.

These two accountants are integral parts of our team. Respected by their clients and peers and true experts in their fields, they are both well deserving of this promotion.

Congratulations to our newest senior managers:

• Rachael Lesperance, CPA

• Katie Miller, CPA

Dedicated, honest, and reliable. These are just some attributes describing our newly promoted senior accountant. This is a well-deserved step as this member of our team continues building trust with his clients and mentoring his teammates.

Cheers to this year's new senior accountant:

• Nick Smith

We enjoy watching our interns grow into professionals within our firm. Throughout our internship program, they have peer mentors to help guide them. As these two have grown into full-time roles, they have evolved into those our new interns look to for guidance.

We are proud of these new Level 2 accountants:

• Jessica Flack

• Alannah Haworth
