Gary UMC in Wheaton adds special services during Holy Week

Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton will have additional services the week of April 10.

On Palm Sunday, April 10, children will process in with palms and handbells at 9 a.m.

 

On Tuesday, April 12, the Service of Preparation will transport you to the time of Jesus at 7 p.m.

On April 15, the Good Friday service at 7 p.m. will focus on scripture and prayer.

Joy will fill the air as the church welcomes you to celebrate Easter at 9 and 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 17.

All worship services will be in person in the church's sanctuary, plus livestreamed and recorded at garychurch.org.

On Easter at 10 a.m., Gary United Methodist Church invites families to Memorial Park for an Easter egg hunt.

The church at 224 N. Main St. offers a 9 a.m. Sunday worship service in the sanctuary, complete with Kids' Church, plus livestreaming and recorded worship at garychurch.org.

After the worship service, you can enjoy Sunday school for all ages, plus a coffee hour called "Special Blend." Gary Church has vibrant music, kids, youth and adult ministries, plus opportunities for local, national and global missions.
