This clinic is free and open to any person, age 18 years or older. Those who receive the Moderna shot will schedule to receive their second and final dose four weeks later on Tuesday, June 8. No additional appointment is needed for the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine. The clinic will have forms that can be completed onsite for those unable to print and complete prior.
