Itasca financial services firm is growing and evolving
Fates, Bodily & Parker PLLC is a newly formed full-service financial firm catering to clients locally and nationally. The Itasca firm recently acquired McBeath, Fates and Ivers P.C. (MFI). The new entity formally launched Dec. 1, 2020.

Tom Parker and Layne Bodily joined MFI in May 2019. By November 2019, they, along with Tyler Fates, took over management responsibilities of MFI. The three took over official ownership of MFI in September 2020 and began the process of expanding services and re-branding to Fates, Bodily & Parker PLLC.
The new entity offers all the pillars of traditional financial services firms and has added Virtual CFO to its offering. Many of their existing business clients are at a growth stage where CFO services are needed, but the high cost of hiring a full-time staff member for the roll presents challenges. The firm is happy to fill that void and hopes to increase its vCFO client base moving forward.
