Reedy experienced a fall in 2014 that has left her paralyzed from the chest down. With the community's support, she has made much progress and regained some movement in her arms and legs and can walk with her walker for a short distance.
Proceeds from the fifth annual golf outing will be collected through the nonprofit HelpHOPELive to help cover the uninsured expenses associated with Eileen's injury, which exceeds $150,000 annually. Fundraising has allowed Reedy to access care and therapy that wouldn't have been possible with insurance alone.
