Walking into the Land of Oz. The shopping district (Shibuya-jingumae) in Tokyo, Japan on May 13th, 2019. The "Eyes " have it: The Eastern Screech Owl is the smallest resident owl in Illinois and can be viewed at the River Trail Nature Center in Northbrook.
