'Be-You-tiful Spring Fashion Show' luncheon hosted by GiGi's Playhouse McHenry County

GiGi's Playhouse McHenry County will host its "Be-You-tiful Spring Fashion Show" on Saturday, April 17, at the Boulder Ridge Country Club in Lake in the Hills.

This event will feature a luncheon, silent auction, and most importantly, an amazing fashion show highlighting the wonderful children and adults with Down syndrome that are part of GiGi's Playhouse McHenry County.

The fashion show provides an opportunity to celebrate the participants and their achievements, and event proceeds go directly to the programs and services provided by GiGi's Playhouse McHenry County.

Joe Cicero and Tina Bree, on-air personalities at McHenry County's Star 105.5, will be the emcees. Music will be provided by Jim and Justin. For information and to register, go to www.gigisplayhouse.org/mchenry/fashion-show.

GiGi's Playhouse is a community of 501(c)(3) nonprofit achievement centers serving individuals with Down syndrome and their families. GiGi's Playhouse began as a single location in Hoffman Estates and has grown into an international organization with 17 locations, including McHenry County. They offer developmentally appropriate educational and therapeutic programs and activities for all age groups, as well as support and accurate information about Down syndrome to individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. All of the programs foster self-confidence and empower individuals to reach their greatest potential. Programs and services are hosted by a vast network of committed and dedicated volunteers.
