Wellness Place has walk/run

The Wellness Place in Palatine will put on its first-ever 3K Walk/5K Fun Run on Sunday, May 16, at Harper College.

The event aims to raise money, remember loved ones and celebrate cancer survivors and all those who have been touched by cancer.

Net proceeds benefit cancer-related counseling, education and support programs.

Harper College is located at Roselle and Algonquin roads in Palatine.
