Barrington 9, Palatine 6: Yessica Buenrostro scored four times to help Barrington past host Palatine and secure a third-place finish in Mid-Suburban West play. The Pirates got 3 goals from Katie Brown, and single goals from Nicole Huffman, Nicole Theis and Katy Jo Peters.

Conant 6, Hoffman Estates 2: Hannah Duke, Katie Varga and Andrea Cobb scored 2 goals apiece and the Cougars' defense limited Hoffman Estates' scoring to 2 goals by Rachael Gallo in MSL West play.

Wheeling 9, Hersey 3: The Wildcats wrapped up their second straight Mid-Suburban East title by topping host Hersey 9-3. Wheeling (14-4, 9-1) will face Fremd (24-1, 1-0) in the MSL championship game next Thursday.

Fremd 14, Schaumburg 6: The visiting Vikings bounced back from their first loss of the season (Monday against Mundelein) to complete a perfect run through the Mid-Suburban West. Schaumburg (16-7, 7-3) finished second in the division.
